Polaris Power Stone

The existing West Knoxville gymnastics training facility was a challenging commercial architecture project that converted to create one of the largest Polaris dealerships in the southeast United States.

The interior includes a new showroom, offices, and vehicle shop for the different recreational vehicles sold and maintained by Polaris. Modifications include exterior improvements, rated interior divisions, a functional shop, cycle and ATV sales, and regional offices. The overall building comprises 18,000 square feet of remodeling and conversion of showroom, offices, storage, and vehicle maintenance shop.
