Moonshine Mountain Cookie Company

Our team has been fortunate to help this locally owned company through their growth. Their first store is located near West Town Mall, quickly gaining popularity and busting at the seams. A few years later they reached out to expand their production kitchen with an opportunity for a second storefront location, creating a presence further west in the Knoxville area. Store three opened in 2024, bringing their amazing cookies to the Fountain City area. All three projects were interior tenant remodels of vacant commercial spaces, creating new commercial kitchens for baking and a small retail area for customer sales.
