Knox Title Building

The new building design provides an office for Knox Title Company with space for another tenant or future growth, all on a relatively small and irregular shaped site. This steel framed with brick exterior construction has two levels with a two-story entry foyer designed for a future elevator.

Knox Title Company occupies the main level with private offices, conference rooms, and open office space. The second level shell space is designed for future expansion or tenant rental. The site is small but readily visible from Parkside Drive and even from the interstate.
