Hilton Garden Inn

This hotel architecture project includes a 67,000 square feet, 4-story hotel comprises 114 rooms of various types and sizes, with some suites with in-room spa, and some grouped suites.

Ample parking is provided on site together with a covered porte-cochere entrance. The challenges of this project were related to the site. Although the site was over 3 acres it was encumbered with an existing detention basin serving the development and a petroleum pipeline dissecting the remaining land area.

Placement of the building was critical. The grand pavilion lobby is the focal point of the building and served as the hotel lobby, main desk, gathering lounges, dining room, bar, and kitchen service line.

A commercial kitchen provides food service to the hotel and conference facilities. An interior pool area with exterior windows looks out to the landscaped courtyard and the exterior spa. Exercise facilities look into the pool area and out to the courtyard. An elevated exterior event deck looks over the pavilion and exterior court. Meeting rooms open to the exterior decks at the courtyard level. A loading dock, laundry, employee lounge, and maintenance areas support the facility operations.
