Element Hotel

This his project involves the construction of a new Element Hotel located in West Knoxville. The Element is an eco-conscious hotel design developed by Marriott International. This specific hotel is 5 stories high and approximately 67,000 square feet, with over one hundred rooms equipped for an innovative extended stay experience. Guest rooms include fully equipped kitchen and spa-inspired bathrooms. Amenities incorporated in the design include a poo, terrace areas, lounge and dining spaces, meet- ing areas, and a motion room among others. The Element Hotel in West Knoxville is West Knoxville is currently operational.
