Broadway Facade

Another project looking to use the City of Knoxville Façade Grant funding to being a treasured building back to life and useful. With the intent for a restaurant to move into the main level we were engaged to help with improvements inside and out. Key to improving the building’s use was relocating the interior staircase and providing restrooms that were code compliant. Life was brought back into this vacant structure, creating fun spaces for all to enjoy.
